The Holy Bible is the inspired, unerring Word of God. It is God’s distinct way of telling mankind who He is, who man is, why He created man, and what He expects. While it reveals God’s love, it also gives notice of His wrath. It exposes the condition of man, good or evil. It provides a course of action for man to follow. Its doctrines are set apart, its record is binding, and its histories are true. The Holy Scriptures did not come by the will of man, but by holy men as they were moved by the Holy Spirit (2 Peter 1: 20, 21). - In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. Genesis 1:1. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. John 3: 16, 17.
- Jesus Christ said: “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him” (John 14: 6,7).
- Jesus Christ said: “Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” John 3:3. The kingdom is His righteousness
- “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved” (Romans 10:9). The key to ones salvation.
- “For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one” (1 John 5:7). The trinity.
- The Church is the redeemed people of God.
- “But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ” (Ephesians 4:7)
- “God planned long ago to choose you by making you his holy people. Making you holy is the Spirit's work. God wanted you to obey him and to be made clean by the blood of the death of Jesus Christ. Grace and peace be yours more and more” ( 1 Peter 1:2).
- Christ is coming again. “And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, [there] ye may be also” (John 14:3). The hope all Christian have.
- Romans 8: 11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
- Christian living standards based upon the word of God.
- Judgment of those who’s name was not written in the book of life.
“And I saw the dead, the great and the small, standing before the throne, and books were opened; and another book was opened, which is [the book] of life; and the dead were judged from the things which were written in the books, according to their deeds. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it, and death and Hades gave up the dead which were in them; and they were judged, every one [of them] according to their deeds. And death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire. This is the second death, the lake of fire. And if anyone's name was not found written in the book of life, he was thrown into the lake of fire” Revelation 20:12-15.
